1. Who we are

TradeVesta operates the platform at tradevesta.com. This policy applies to all data collected via the platform, including sponsor registrations, walk-in capture, discussion logs, and uploaded documents.

2. Data we collect

  • Registration data: organisation, contact name/role/email/phone, sector, country, officer designation (government) or company registration number (private).
  • Walk-in visitor capture: visitor name, organisation, role, contact details, sector, discussion notes, and optionally a business card photograph.
  • Discussion logs and shared documents attached to your Programme Pipeline.
  • Basic technical data: browser type, timestamp of requests, page navigation.

3. Why we collect it

To match sponsors with host partners; to enable the Admin ↔ Sponsor requirements discussion; to generate Proposal-cum-Agreement documents; to fulfil the pilot programme commitments captured in each engagement.

4. Who sees your data

Your registered contact details are visible to your assigned TradeVesta admin only. Discussion notes, concept notes, and uploaded documents are shared only between you and your admin. We do not sell data to third parties.

5. Third-party services

The pilot integrates or plans to integrate: OpenAI (business card OCR — Slice 6+), Stripe (private-route payments — Slice 7+), Resend / Twilio (email + WhatsApp notifications — Slice 6+). No data leaves our platform without your explicit action.

6. Data retention

Sponsor records and pipeline data are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for compliance and audit purposes. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.
