1. Acceptance of terms
By registering as a sponsor or using tradevesta.com, you agree to these terms. Detailed clauses covering acceptable use, sponsor conduct, and platform obligations will be finalised by our legal counsel before the production launch.
2. Sponsor accounts
Government and Private sponsors are qualified through the Admin Qualification Queue. Verification does not confer legal endorsement — sponsors remain responsible for the accuracy of their registered information.
3. Platform services
TradeVesta provides discovery, matchmaking, and pipeline management services connecting government sponsors, private sponsors, host partners, and delegates. Service commitments and SLAs will be defined in the Proposal-cum-Agreement signed at engagement.
4. Payments and refunds
Pricing for the pilot phase is quoted manually per engagement. Refund and cancellation policy will be defined in each Proposal-cum-Agreement. Automated pricing tiers are not part of the pilot.
5. Confidentiality
Discussion notes, uploaded documents, and pipeline data are shared only between the sponsor and the assigned TradeVesta admin. Anti-exfiltration controls (watermarking, access logging) are being progressively rolled out.
6. Data protection
Personal data collected during registration and walk-in capture is processed under Indian IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023 principles. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
7. Limitation of liability
Full clauses pending legal drafting.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
